How do I place an order?

Before you order, you need to create a user account. The process takes around two minutes. Click ‘Register Now’ to start.

Use the links on our site to reach over 100 reputable and trusted online stores in the UK and US. You can also place orders from stores not listed on our website.

When you find an item you want to buy, click the Order Now link on our site. A new window will open where you can describe the product you want in detail.

You can add as many items as you want.

Do I pay the price I see on the online store?

Yes, you pay the price stated on the online stores(s). If your purchase qualifies for any discounts, for example by buying multiple items, we will pass the savings on to you.

Please bear in mind that most UK and USA stores charge for delivering to us, because we buy online in the normal way. So if you buy from several different stores, you may have to pay several delivery charges.

What is the shipping/delivery cost to me in Nigeria?

What do you charge for shipping to Nigeria?

For the UK, the first 1kg is £8.50 and each additional 1kg is £5.50. For example, an order weighing 4kg would cost £8.50 + (3 x £5.50) = £25.00.

For America, it is $6 flat rate for a Pound. For example, an order weighing 4lb would cost $6 x 4 = $24.

The weight of all orders will be calculated first in kilograms (kg) and then converted to pounds (lb) for American orders.

We use the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. The formula for calculating volumetric weight in Kg is (L X W X H/6000), in cm.

Generally, goods with less density tend to have more volume, so their volumetric weights are higher than their physical weight. For example, a pillow has a higher volumetric weight than actual weight.

How do I pay?

We accept cash payment to our bank, or you can payment online via the Interswitch Quick Teller Online, or with the ATM payment platform. See the following sections for details. 

How to pay by bank deposit

You can make your payment to our bank, the Guaranty Trust Bank. We will send you an invoice with our account number so you can make payment.

Please enter your name as the depositor so that we can match your payment up with your order.

When we receive notification from our bank, we will send you an email or text to confirm we have received your payment.

Please keep your deposit slip. You will need it when we are delivering your goods to you.

Can I pay you in another currency?

We prefer payment in Naira, but you can also pay us in Pounds Sterling and US Dollars.

How to pay online using Insterswitch Quickteller

·        You will need an Interswitch-powered debit card, a Verve card or a Naira MasterCard. Your bank card must be issued in Nigeria; no foreign cards are accepted.

·        Register with your email address and mobile phone number at http://www.quickteller.com.ng

·        An activation code will be sent to you via email. Login and activate your account with this code.

·        Select UK2ME Logistics at Quickteller (http://www.quickteller.com/uk2me). Provide your customer details. Quickteller will confirm these details, and then direct you to the payment gateway. When asked to verify your details, ensure you enter your name and invoice number.

·        At the payment gateway, select your card type and provide card details, PIN and any other information required.

·        A receipt confirmation will be displayed for you via Quickteller and also sent to your email.

·        We recognise Quickteller payments immediately.

How to make Quickteller payments at an ATM

Can I use your office as a forwarding address?

No. We are not a mail forwarding company. All purchases must originate from us.

When will I receive my goods?

We usually deliver within two or three weeks of receiving your payment. Delivery to us takes up to five working days, and we then have to consolidate and dispatch your goods to Nigeria, using a standard air-freight service.

We’ll keep you regularly updated about your shipment.

Do you deliver to major cities in Nigeria?

Yes, we use ABC Transport, IFEX EMS Speed post to deliver to major cities and towns in Nigeria.

There is a charge starting from 6,000 Naira for deliveries outside Lagos depending on location and weight.

If you live in Lagos, we will send you a separate mail containing a waybill number so you can collect your goods from our office. Please bring a form of identification, preferably a driver’s licence or passport.

If you cannot come in person, you can send a proxy to collect on your behalf. We will ask them some security questions and call you for confirmation. Proof of identity is always required before delivery can be made.

I want my goods urgently- Express Shipping

Yes we offer express shipping for UK orders only at the moment. We use world courier leaders like UPS, DHL, FEDEX and TNT to ship your goods to Nigeria. Our buying power means our customers enjoy up to 65% discounts off their express shipping charges. This is the first of its kind in Nigeria.
Delivery is 3 – 4 working days.

Can I return or change my goods if I don’t like them?

No. We only accept returns when we have clearly made a mistake with your order.

Calls to the UK cost almost the same as calls within Nigeria.
